Editorial Standards
EcrioniX exists to teach VLSI, RTL, STA, and digital design at industry depth. These standards define what we publish, what we withhold, and how we correct mistakes.
1. Depth over filler
A page should answer a real engineering question with enough context to apply the idea in RTL, STA, or review. We prefer one thorough explanation (with correct Verilog, failure modes, and intuition) over many shallow summaries.
2. Technical accuracy
Claims about timing, CDC, resets, and protocols must match how silicon and EDA flows behave. Code examples should be synthesis-aware where relevant (sensitivity lists, reset style, CDC attributes).
3. Original teaching value
We do not scrape or mirror other sites. Explanations are written for learners preparing for design reviews and interviews — including the “why,” not only the “what.”
4. Incomplete pages are not indexed
While courses grow, draft stubs may exist on disk. Thin incomplete lessons are marked noindex and blocked in robots.txt until they meet the depth bar. Enhanced lessons and hubs remain the indexed surface.
5. Trust & contact
Identity and purpose are documented on About. Corrections and suggestions go through Contact. Legal policies: Privacy, Terms, Disclaimer.
6. Advertising
When ads are shown, they must not reduce readability of technical content. Content quality is the product; advertising is secondary.
