Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the EcrioniX website and its virtual laboratory applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors and users who interact with our platform.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, including but not limited to the unique laboratory simulation engines, greeting card generators, physics models, RTL verification tools, and source code, are the exclusive property of EcrioniX Labs and its licensors. Our trademarks and design elements may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the owner.

Usage of Shared Content

When using the greeting generators (e.g., New Year 2026 Wishes), you are solely responsible for the content of the messages you send. By using this feature, you agree:

• Not to use the platform to send offensive, harassing, or illegal messages.
• Not to impersonate other individuals in a harmful or deceptive manner.
• That messages are encoded in the URL itself and EcrioniX does not store these messages in a central database.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the service or the server on which the service is stored.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the owner, Elangovan, resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
