EcrioniX (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the mobile application Tamil FM (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

Tamil FM is provided as a free application.

Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or require any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location) to use our radio streaming features.
Usage & Network Data: The application requires an active internet connection to stream live audio stations. When connecting to audio streams, third-party radio station servers may receive standard technical details such as your IP address and device network headers.

2. Permissions Used

The application requests only the minimal set of Android system permissions strictly necessary to deliver audio broadcast streaming:

INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required strictly to detect active connectivity and stream online radio broadcasts from source servers.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE (and Foreground Service Media Playback): Required to allow continuous audio playback while the app runs in the background or when your device screen is turned off.

3. Third-Party Services

The app may interface with third-party audio stream providers and standard Android/Google platform services. We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with marketing agencies or unauthorized third parties.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page.
